Heavy oil thermal recovery is commonly used in heavy oil recovery mode. At present, heavy oil recovery electric heating power has the problem of low efficiency and seriously affected the cost of heavy oil exploitation. So a new type of heating power for the development and application of the oil industry to increase economic efficiency and enhance competitiveness is of great significance.In the thesis, the Principle of Medium-frequency induction electric heating power and its problems had been researched. Through the distribution circuit model parameters, Hollow rod can be equivalent to resistance in series with the inductive reactance. It has a great help for the research and design Medium-frequency induction electric heating power. Aimed at the problems of energy feedback and medium-frequency heating could not adjust its heating temperature that exit in viscous recovery system, the thesis propose a variable frequency and medium-frequency combined power supply. The equipment uses bus sharing technology to consume energy feedback from oil pumping units, void the feedback energy impact on the main circuit. Self-optimizing temperature control system automatically searches for the optimal working point and the output to maintain the advantage in the near; Change the past experience from the artificial setting of heating temperature and the existence of a waste of energy.The Medium-frequency induction electric heating power uses uncontrollable rectifier and AC-DC-AC frequency conversion technology .The voltage type IGBT series resonance inverter circuit is designed for the hollow center sucker rod load. The control circuit uses the SCM as the kernel. The power modulation of the inverter circuit is realized by frequency tracking and PWM phase-shifted control to reduce the waste of the power and increase the heating efficiency.The math model of heating object is built to the heavy oil electrical heating system. It is a non-linearity, big lag and strong interferential complex controlled object. The control method with self-optimizing control is designed to make the system have the accurate temperature closed loop control and increase the heating efficiency of the power supply. The results and its analysis are given out to confirm the correctness and validity of the design.
