The Thesis takes the opportunity of “Campus MIS” program development intechnical secondary schools of Jinan, and then discusses and studies theinformatization of working procedures in technical secondary schools. The “CampusInformation System” covers so many aspects that some people may call it “DigitalCampus” which means all the information of the whole campus will be converted todata to shift to the efficient, economical Paperless Office Mode. However, the thesisfocuses on the student information processing and transferring procedure–educationand teaching work flow to develop the system. According to the actual departmentstructure and the support and implantation of application techniques in my school, thissystem mainly including10modules: Registration for New Students, ChargeManagement, School Census Management, Academic Record Management, TeachingMaterial Management, Technique and Skill Recognition, Employment Processing,Data Maintenance, System Security Management, Search and Statistics. The numberof students in technical colleges is not big and declines along with increasedenrollment of high education, but applying the modern techniques in managementworks of schools is the requirement of science development as well as the need andthe specific display of the whole society progress.After the investigation and research on campus management information intechnical secondary schools systematically, the author writes this thesis to analysis thedevelopment principles, the overall plan, the design ideal and the specificimplantation process of my school.The system applies the three layer structure based on B/S mode as the systemstructure. It uses Oracle Database to design systematically according to the workflowwhich is object-oriented, and it also optimizes the saving, searching and inquiring ofdata. To overcome the system bottleneck of a large number of web request, the systemapplies the database connection pool technique, enhances the connection reuse degreeand improves the system performance.
