Computer Network which is one of the mankind's greatest inventions in the last century,it gives us the lives of too many surprises and fun and it brings to our lives too much convenience and value.People have been used to working life that can not be separated from the network.The development of the Internet not only produced a number of emerging business models,but it would be possible to completely transform the traditional industries of the business model.More and more enterprises' transition through the Internet can improve efficiency,reduce costs,open up the global market,at the same time through the personalized value-added services can create new value.This will greatly improve the competitiveness of enterprises,and expand the development space for enterprises.J2EE is different from traditional application development framework for the new technologies,including a number of components,the main purpose is to simplify the specification of application system development and deployment.It provides a set of design,development,compilation and deployment of enterprise applications norms,provides enterprise-class application development platform,provides distributed,secure,reliable,low-coupling, component-based application development environment and provides enterprise-class application development framework for the technology.Java Web technologies enable the rapid development of a growing number of large-scale enterprise applications of this technology to develop their own information management system,particularly in Europe and the United States,Japan and other developed countries and the most rapid development greatly stimulated the global software development outsourcing industry.Logistics information system is based on information in logistics.Logistics information system can play a role on the premise that the existence of a large number of logistics data.In business activities throughout the production and management, logistics information systems with a wide range of logistics activities is closely related with the effective management of logistics functions of the operating system.From the focus on logistics activities constitute a form of point of view,Japan's logistics system is now heading in the direction of specialization.In order to strengthen its logistics management and do everything possible to reduce the total cost of logistics activities,many manufacturing enterprises separate logistics functions of enterprises from the production functions and through the establishment of a subsidiary or a professional third-party logistics companies to provide specialized logistics services. To this end a subsidiary of a large number of logistics and professional logistics companies came into being,and gradually form the logistics industry.However,when we look at the logistics of our environment,all sectors including transport, warehousing,distribution costs,as well as the cost of labor and equipment are far lower than developed countries,but it is very strange that the whole process of integrated logistics costs are much higher than developed countries.The main reason is that the various sectors of the logistics have low information and information communication is not smooth which form the strange phenomenon of large stocks and wasted capacity.Lower level of application of information technology has become the decisive factor that constrains China's modern logistics development,the level of information of our country's logistics industry need to be raised urgently to enhance the international competitiveness.According to the above status quo,for the developed countries,especially learning and research the logistics industry in information technology of our close neighbor Japan is very necessary.RITONG Logistics companies in order to improve the efficiency of its transport operations and reduce transportation costs established a transportation subsidiary which main transportation tools are vehicles.Internship company execute the outsourcing projects of the establishment of a logistics management system for the transport subsidiary of the establishment of a logistics management system,the main research contents of this article based on this project. In accordance with the development of software engineering processes,according to the needs of customers needs analysis,outline design,detailed design,coding and single test to achieve the final delivery to customers' satisfactory to use the item.This article focuses on the design and implementation of J2EE-based RITONG logistics management system.First of all,introduced the research background,as well as the development of the project description and the status quo at home and abroad.
