With the development of satellite communications business, the contradiction of supply and demand of the limited radio frequency and satellite orbit resources has become increasingly conspicuous. How to solve the shortage of frequency resources, how to effectively use and reasonably develop the resources of radio frequency and satellite orbit resources to meet the growing demand of radio frequency resources to national economic and social sciences for the sustainable development, has become a important issue that the national radio director department must faces.System software development using Microsoft.NET and using GIS platform as support, based on the Project model of the control and management and the model of separation of model data and data analysis, using ITU and other national space radio business data as object to unify the data interface standard, completes the work of the analysis and management of the radio business. And by the combination of stations business data, frequency management data and GIS data, simulation analysis and demonstrate the space business communications systems on the GIS platform. Because of the data for demonstration from the ITU database of satellite SRS IFIC, the State Radio Monitoring Center space business database, the State Radio Monitoring Center stations database etc, the data must be collected after filtering through to the system. The module select the data that come from access, oracle and other database following the system require.Carried out simulation demonstration on two-dimensional plane in the geostationary satellite and non-geostationary satellite network, must get the information such as satellite trajectory, velocity, beam coverage areas through the related satellite information. The system uses SGP4 space orbit prediction model from United States Air Defense Command to simulation analysis the trajectory and rate of satellite, and the orbit prediction model can greatly improve the accuracy of the simulation. The calculation of the model is a complex process, involving a lot of radio knowledge and cumbersome theoretical calculation. We use the approach from SGP4 model to build the system.Through SGP4 model we can get space three-dimensional coordinates of the satellite network, and then we must turn three-dimensional coordinates into two-dimensional coordinates, in fact it is to get the projection of the space coordinates and calculate the latitude and longitude of the projection points. When we get the projection points, must consider the factor of the Earth's rotation. By the projection method, we can turn three-dimensional coordinates into latitude and longitude coordinates.System use track strategies to achieve the setting up or failure of the business links between satellites and earth stations. Three main factors of tracking strategy: Tracking direction, link conditions and avoid conditions. Tracking direction includes earth station tracking satellite and satellite tracking earth station. Link conditions include elevation constraints and distance constraints. Avoid conditions include latitude circumvent angle and static arc circumvent angle.In this paper, we introduce research background and system architecture of space radio business demonstration system, focuses on the design and implementation of two-dimensional simulation demonstration module, query statistics module and data warehouse module. The whole papers are made up by seven chapters, which are divided into four parts. The first part includes two chapters, which introduces the background of the radio business, main work, the problem in system design and corresponding solution. The third and forth chapter is the second part, focus on the related technology of system design and data design. The next chapter is the third part, they states the design idea and specific implement of the main module in detail.The first part is technology related introduction part. This part first introduces the background of space radio business and difficult point during manage of space radio business, state the necessity of developing the Space Radio Business Demonstration System, then explain the technology background and difficulty solution of system development and design.The second part is about the system design, which includes system architecture design and data related technology. This part first gives the basic principle that the system design obeys, which is security, error-compatible, easy to use, stability principle. This part next states the system architecture design, give seven-level chart of system architecture. Then it gives system function module chart, states hierarchical structure and relationships of modules in detail. The data related technology include the design of data flow, data interface and data structure. The part of data flow describes the data flow process in detail. The part of data interface describes the interfaces involved during the development process. The part of data architecture states the model relationship between data tables and the structural design of data tables in data warehouse.The third part mainly describes the design and implementation of main module. This part states data model management, two-dimensional presentation platform, satellite-net-station inquiries and data warehouse management. In the part of Data model management, firstly, it introduces the structure of data model in detail and gives a tree chart of the data model. Then the paper introduces the process of constructing the data model and gives the node defined in the data model. Finally it states the process of entry and modifying the model parameters and gives the satellite and communications network parameter setting map. In the part of the two-dimensional presentation platform, firstly, it introduces the configuration process. Then it gives the operation window of data model. Finally it states the process of two-dimensional presentation gives the example of the presentation and introduces the display effect of the example in detail. Satellite-net-station query statistics module lists four functions including geostationary satellite information inquiries, non-geostationary satellite information inquiries, custom templates and the geostationary satellite frequency occupation statistics, then gives related Interface design, functional descriptions and query statement. The part of data warehouse management states the operation to the data warehouse in this system including data backup and recovery, data initialization, data extraction and extraction / back-up strategy.The end of the paper summarizes the shortage of the system, also prospect the future work.
