The information of electric power is the indispensable ensurance of the operation of power and production safety.Though there is various this kind of information we can lookup,there are also many problems existing,such as difficult for looking up,easily being damaged etc.The solution is not only recording the content of original information into the computer after digitizeing them,however,the most important is reforming the information,which is convenient to users searching, transmiting, excerpting, analyseing.The Information Supporting and Helping System is a enterprise level system which has complicated business,large flow of information, multi-level structure.This article is based on the technology of J2EE,MVC,Struts,Hibernate and so forth,through integrating and optimizeing technical information and application system related to production management, powerful, stable, safe and reliable Technology Management Service Platform has been established.First of all,this article gives us the presentation of subject background and the analysis and comparison of existing technologys.It describles the development of technology, running environment, the goal of building of this system. On the basis of detailed analysis of system requirements,it tells us system function of four sub-modules including system resource management, resource service, supporting and helping , system management.It has an excellent design of system-level architecture having the characteristics of friendly user interface, a high degree of integration,the capability of self-growth, standardization of data storage management, network security.It has accomplished the design of package structure based on Web layer, Service layer,DAO layer ,code structure and class.On the above basis,we have successfully designed and accomplished HunNan Electric Power Technology Management Supporting and Helping System.This system has established unified resource management platform, collected a large number of information on production technology and help information, created ten librarys of resource including"rules and regulations","enterprise standards","measurement standards","electric power terms","accident cases"and so forth,which cover the need for various types of technical information in the production of electricity.It is also a centralized deployment, hierarchical management information service system,having various industry information, provides us flexible way to quick search, category search, advanced search to meet the needs of a wide range of applications. On the other hand,it provides many help forms including experts support ,book support and training materials support etc, giving users effective technical guidance.At last, system test and application results indicate that it is an safe operation, reliable,stable system,having good usability and practicability.
