With the rapid increasing of the number of the vehicles product and the standard of auto function test were performed by government, customers put forward more and more needs. At the same time, the rapid development of IT technology provides us more advanced and perfect solution. By analyzing the traditional systems deeply, a new vehicle inspection system is provided, which combines the latest technology of vehicle test and software.The paper studies the application of the latest NET technology and the method of software development based on component. It makes the system established by building blocks of mosaic. Therefore, the module can combine loosely by each other. The components can communicate by NET interface technology. So the configuration of the system is flexible. The control system breakthroughs the restrictions of the hardware's lay outing by the method of design and development, as well as the control software will be universal.The system uses Star-Bus Topology with multi-host, which can avoid that the central point fails. The paper studies the system framework, which contains User Interface Layer, Business Logic Layer, Sampling Control Layer, Equipment Layer, Data Access Layer and Database Layer. The system includes industrial control and information management, which provides service to management, decision and users.The system uses the Fourth-generation Distributed Control System technology. It concerns the integration, information, component, opening of DCS technology in system's designation and realization. The method of digital filtering technology, nonlinear zero point compensation technology were used in data collection of analog signals, which makes the collected information reflect the features of the whole process more accurately and efficiently.Through the study of the paper, a new method and control software system is offered, which combines inspection, controlling, management and service. It has been applied to several practice projects and it will play a very important role in promoting the professional testing technology.
