Affected by the traditional way of teaching, the teachers of remote education overemphasize on teaching, giving no access to receive the feedback of the students. The present mechanism pays less attention to the whole learning process and feedback, which makes the quality of the modern distance education not as good as expected.With the new thoughts of instructional design under Moodle, This paper deals with some key theories and technologies of the feedback mechanism in detail, such as learning process, activity theory, data mining and so on. Also, the paper proposes a kind of feedback model based on the learning activity of the learning process, which uses Web usage mining to get the detail information for the teacher. Based on the new model, the paper presents a new assessment mechanism--the optimization of learning activity analysis and teaching design based on activity theory, which gives a great help to the teacher in the teaching method adjustment and the teaching quality improvement. |
