Work in this thesis mainly focuses on the design and implementation of the bottom layer software based-on VxWorks for the Underwater Acoustic Network node.The platform of the UWAN node adopts adustrial and low powerful embedded processor AT91RM9200,TMS320VC5510A (DSP) produced by TI and XC4VLX15FG363 (FPGA) produced by XILINX.Combined with AT91RM9200,the embedded real time operating system VxWorks is adopted to fulfill the reliability,timeliness and multitask.In the thesis,a set of embedded software system is developed for the node control system based on AT91RM9200,XC4VLX15FG363 and VxWorks according to their characteristic and development methods.One of the main part of this thesis is to replant the VxWorks operating system onto AT91RM9200,which is as the main processer of the whole system. At the same time,the whole system can run steadily and reliably on the manage of the VxWorks.The other part of the thesis is to develop the drivers for periphery under VxWorks.After finishing of the replantation ,the drivers of SD Ccard,real-time clock/calendar (PCF8563T),CODEC and the communication module between ARM and DSP are desinged and implemented.
