Research And Realization On Vendor Selection And Evaluation System For Large-Scale Military Enterprise

Military vendor is an important link of the supply chain. With the ceaselessly development of information technology, there are much higher requirement for purchase management of weapon equipment, especially the evaluation and selection of vendor.This paper, which is based upon this background, is to study, design and develop a large-scale military industrial enterprises vendor evaluation and selection system.It first analyzed and studied the project requirement of the military vendor evaluation and selection system, and provided the overall design and structure of this system in view of system design goal, design principles and the main functions.Then it studied and established a structure of a military vendor evaluation and selection system, and proposed a vendor evaluation and selection method based on FAHP and also an arithmetic of constant evaluation.The paper described the development of the military vendor evaluation and selection system in detail, and provided the database table's structure and the relationships between tables. There are seven subsystems, such as the basic database, qualified vendor, post-sale service, maintenance subsystem and so on.Finally, it studied the technology of software testing and expounded the methods and types of software testing. It also analyzed and discussed V-type structure model of software testing.
