P2P is the abbreviation of Peer-to-Peer. The remarkable characteristic of P2P includes: Decentralization, Extensibility, Robustness, the high Performance and Anonymity. The critical technology of stream media in Internet/Intranet is continual time base media and stream transmission. The characteristics of stream transmission are clear, non-stop sound and image frames through the crowd network. The main protocols are RTP, RTCP, RTSP and RSVP. The core of Stream media technology is stream schedule and congestion control, its algorithm is divided into static scheduling and dynamic scheduling, accordingly congestion control divided into two parts: stream control based on the speed and based on window. The core of stream media based on P2P is the scheduling of resources and the duplication algorithm. This paper is focused on several key issues of stream media technology based on P2P Network, which includes the resources selection schedule, broadcast dispatch and the duplication algorithm stream media technology, the main part is emphasized on the nod selection algorithm and the data dispatch algorithm. There is lots of improvement from the respect of dynamic selection for nods and schedule algorithm, minimize the cost of the stream reception and cushion delay. For the strategy selection, take the latest terminal buffer technology combined with the router pattern, largely alleviated the terminal pressure and the possibility of the congestion. The Author use common compression technology to construct a lamination expandable P2P Streaming media framework based on the RTP/RTCP protocol.
