The P2p Integration Of The Cdn Network Streaming Media Applications

Now internet streaming media is developed quickly and used widely. The requirement of media content translating needs the bandwidth of Internet become more and more wide. Now the resistance of the application of media content is the basic set of network. To break this bottle-neck the Internet Service Provider (ISP), such as CT, had built a Content Delivery Net (CDN). But the Content Delivery Net is very expensive and it is difficult to be extended. Now the Content Delivery Net can not be enough for the requirement of people far.The invention of Peer to Peer (P2P) technology provides a way to save lots of bandwidth. But the bad history and it is difficult to be controlled the Peer to Peer technology block itself can't be widely used.Firstly this paper analyses and researchs the characters of Content Delivery Net and Peer to Peer Net and tries to find their strong points and weak points. Then Trying to develop a solution to use their stong points and unite them. This paper give the solution of broadcasting and VOD system.The uniting is as the following way:Supporting: Keeping the service of Content Delivery Net.Management: Keeping the Management of Content Delivery Net.Content Delivery: The skeleton of this net is same as Content Delivery, but the terminal Point take as Peer to Peer Net.Through the above ways, this Net will be effective, safety, cheap, high quality and easily be depended. This Net should break the bottleneck of the development of delivery of media content.
