The Development And Realization Of Jacquard Pattern Design System

The main purpose of this paper is to research the design process of jacquard fabric, and analyze functional requirements of Jacquard Pattern Design software. Some fundamental theories and general methods of image and color in Jacquard Pattern Design System were investigated. And at last, the software program of Jacquard Pattern Design System was developed and tested based on Delphi 7.The study was concentrated on the following five aspects:1. According to the jacquard fundamental principle, the processing function of Jacquard Pattern Design System was raised.2. On the basis of the analysis of colors and graphics, the color model of Jacquard Pattern Design System was raised. Color separation and palette algorithms for color image were also presented.3. General methods of image and graphics process were studied. The methods of adjusting image, the methods of producing graphics, the methods of processing colors were raised under the magnifying circumstances. Regional filling algorithms and its improvement are given.4. The structure of pattern data and jacquard control data was analyzed. And the conversion between them was realized.5. According to the request of fabric and jacquard, the software program of Jacquard Pattern Design System was developed and tested based on Delphi7. And the effect was given.
