This paper studies the technology of three-dimensional reconstruction of slicing images, and improves the interpolation method between two neighboring slices, the re-sampling method of the contour and the method of decimating the triangular meshes.Commonly, the distance between two neighboring slices is large. In order to get more details, an interpolated slice is needed. The gray-level interpolation will blur the object. In order to resolve this problem, this paper proposes a matching interpolation method based on the contour.Contour rending is a method of three-dimension reconstruction. In this method, the contours need to be re-sampled. The traditional re-sampling methods can not both compress the data and preserve the shape. Aiming at resolving the problems of those existing re-sampling methods, an algorithm based on the reference points is proposed. It takes some special pixels on the contour as the reference points. According to the reference points, an improved method of the shortest diagonal is adopted to reconstruct the model. Besides this, the paper studies the isosurface rendering and the volume rendering, and implements them to reconstruct the model. The model reconstructed by the surface rendering, especially by the isosurface rendering, contains a large number of triangular meshes. Sometimes these triangular surfaces need to be decimated. This paper uses a criterion considering both the curvature and the geometry error to decimate the meshes. This method can reduce the number of the triangular meshes and the number of the vertex, and preserves the figure of the original model.
