As the rapid development of computer technology, the development trend of enterprise informationization, personnel management of enterprises is an important element of the enterprise management, and has an important position in the entire enterprise. It is necessary to encourages the personnel management of enterprises to work more scientific, standardized.After the full investigation of the market demand and an in-depth study of a variety of the related books, this article introduces the design and realization of the Enterprise Personnel Management System. In the view of the software development process and the basic ideas of enterprise personnel information management, discusses the design and realization of the personnel management system. The emphases of this paper focus on the process of the design and the implementation of the enterprise personnel information management systems. In the process of system development.This paper uses structural analysis methods, combining the object oriented and the structuration life-cycle development approach. After clearly understanding the various system function modules, we develop this project by the idea of top-down. In the analysis stage, we integrate the need and extract the useful information, then analyze and use it.In this paper, we have three parts:Part I: Information Management SystemThe part objectively states the importance of the enterprise personnel management systems, the reason we research, through the introduction of the related concept of the information management, including the history and development of the information management systems, the concept of the information management system, the composition of the information management system.Part II: Enterprise Personnel Management SystemIn the view of the design, this part mainly analyzes and designs the Enterprise Personnel Management System, using the basic principle of the software engineering. Specific process is as follows:(1) Requirement analysisIn the view of the requirement of function, performance, environment, this part introduces the importance of the requirement analysis. Under the adequate market research and information inquiries, this part states the requirement analysis of enterprise personnel management system.(2) Feasibility AnalysisOn the basis of the requirement analysis, this part introduces the necessity and the importance from the sides of feasibility analysis of system target, society, technology, economy, management.(3) System framework designUsing the method of UML model analysis, this part introduces the design of the overall framework, the design of functional module, and pointes out the function that system should have, as well as the relationship between various parts.(4) Database DesignThis part introduces the specific details of design to the various data structure and the data items of each structure. It also illustrates the data type, the meaning and the importance degree of each data item. It gives more details of the content of the design.Part III:The implementation of Enterprise Personnel Management SystemIn this part, we mainly introduced the Technology and application of the Enterprise Personnel Management System in which the paper introduced. The following are the main points:(1) related technology and methodsIn this sector, we mainly introduced the related technology and methods of the Enterprise Personnel Management System; in the meantime, these are also the methods of the Enterprise Personnel Management System which we discussed in this paper. First, we introduced several methods to develop the software. For example, the method of Institutionalized and life, the method of prototype, the method of object-oriented. Then, we talked about the mode of the Information Management System, it included C/S, B/S, also, we gave the mode of our System. The 3rd, we gave the UML-related knowledge. Next are the related tools and technologies which used in the development of the System. Out system used SQL Server database, ADO to connect of the database and access database, and we also used Visual C++ to the related work of development of the interface.(2) The environment of the development of the systemHere, we have considered the environment from different aspects, such as the hardware, software and the tools which we used to develop the system.(3) The implementation of the function modelAfter the preparation of all above, we began to develop the system. In the paper, we pasted some pictures, all the pictures are part of our development of the system, and some are the main steps.(4) The assessment of the system(5) The test of the systemThrough kinds of tests, we summarized the advantages and disadvantages of the system, at the same time, we also talked about the improvements which the system needs.All of above are the whole development of the system which we talked in this paper, from the related knowledge, the status of the information management domestic and abroad to the research of market demand and related technologies and knowledge of system-development, we felt too much. we hope to continue to develop the Enterprise Personnel Management System ,if there is a chance or opportunity, what is more, we can on the base of this paper, to improve the system and made the system perfect, such as we can thought much more about the safety of the system, which can ensure the safety and confidentiality of the information in the system, we also want to change the mode of the system to B/S mode, in this way ,we can made the system more universal and available.
