With the rapid development of science and technology, mechanics and electronics as an advanced technology is widely used in engineering machinery. Automatic transmission device is the most basic requirements for realizing machining automatically, and its high or low degree of automatization has a direct impact on the pipe thread productivity, Processing beat, and beat the overall production level of automatization. Is main function is feeding, returning material, adjusting the high steel pipe, removal steel pipe. The process steps is so more that the operator's work strength increases, so the device has increased automation to simplify the process, and the processes get close, control process is further optimized.The automation control of the processing transportation for the petroleum Steel Tube is able to solve the problem of low efficiency of tradition transportation and low automation degree, the range is able to resolve the product standard, product often varying since the consumer has various demands, but the processing is broader. The project is able to fill our country space field of manufacture and study to reach advanced design of internationalization level, improve the automation making horizontal and producing efficiency, and realize nobody's operation and lessening managing cost. The project is applied to exporting Canada first concretely and is pushes a factory to check its deficiency though further using. Main thought of the article is an union integration of machinery with electronics technology, and using the entire steel tube to process as far as possible the participation to cut down the work of person, at the same time reducing people's amount of work to bring every element lead plane efficiency into play more much, and realize network administration successfully by more net technology.The research content of the article is as followed:First, study the feature of the steel pipe transmission device structure and offer flow chart. At the same time, in order to ensure the processing the function to control parts of the action is realized.Second, in order to raise the level of process automation to increase productivity to reduce process costs, flexible design, the flexibility of complete sets of transmission equipment.Third, through the application of Ethernet networking technology, other system elements are controlled and to achieve the purpose of low-cost, high-bandwidth communications and speed, compatibility, hardware and software features of the actual resource-rich. The optimizing of control procedures has made automatic transmission pipe line realize high-performance characteristics of the host processing and effective to increase productivity.Fourth, introduced the electronic control the overall design of the program, select the control hardware selected are, Such as: Inverter, Electro hydraulic proportional,PLC,network components and so on, and introduced the control for the many advantages of Ethernet. It also identified the electronic control system logic control mechanism and obeyed the principles of optimizing the process.Fifth, Applied the programmable controller, it has the features of simple structure, convenient programming, the higher reliability, which has widely used in the industry and in the position automatic control. This design may momentarily changes the related parameter according to the work piece change and the movement flow request, and has the very big flexibility and the feasibility.Another, the article refers that the implementation and design requirement for automatic transmission device of pipe which make the transmission device be improve further, and improved productivity and reduced management costs. The above arguments provided well reference and experience for realizing transmission machining of oil steel pipe.
