Proportional controller is the core of electro-hydraulic proportional control system, the modern electro-hydraulic proportional controller includes PWM type proportional amplifier, intelligent controller, field bus interface.etc, in order to integrate with the proportional valves, it should be miniature and high-energy efficiency, there is a big gap between domestic controller design and overseas, in particular, the lack of high-energy efficiency design, the energy consumption of domestic proportional the controller is higher.This topic has designed an energy-efficient intelligent proportional controller, its features:small circuits, can be integrated with the proportional valve; heat power consumption is low, high energy efficiency; with CAN bus communication interface,can interact with the host computer; Be able to automatically adjust the control parameters, energy-efficient and intelligent of the two major highlights of this controller. This research work includes:1 selection of highly integrated SOC chip C8051F040 as proportional controller control module, while ICs L6506 directly resulting PWM, simplifying the circuit design, the size is 81×39×21mm, it can be integrated with the proportional valve.2 Design hardware system:power supply circuit, signal conditioning circuit, digital processing unit, PWM-type power driver circuit, the output current is stable, current and control voltage is a linear relation, output current-pressure characteristic curve is stable and has small hysteresis, when the control voltage U0≥0.3V, the output efficiency is more than 70%, its advantage is high energy efficiency.3 Develop software system, including CAN bus communication, intelligent control, output adjustment function modules, so that proportional control can carry out intelligent closed-loop control, software can finish flutter, slope control, the initial signal function.Designed proportional controller has been applied in research projects, and accepted by the relevant departments. Electro-hydraulic proportional control system become more complex, high energy-efficient, intelligent, miniaturized proportional controller will become large-scale application.
