Research And Development Of Education Management System Based On WEB

Nowadays, information construction in China has gone into a new stage. Information resources are developed and used in various fields; information network has been built and the using of information techniques has been promoted. The whole nation's info-construction is developing persistently, healthily, and steadily. These extensive developments of info-construction have great significance for chinese economic and social development.The development of the higher education causes a higher request for the construction of the management information system. Currently, the construction of the campus net has already molded a good hardware terrace for the construction of the campus numeral turn. The development of the electronic governmental affairs and opening of the governmental affairs has provided both new opportunity and challenge for the construction of the management information system, which requires us to value it highly. The management information system is not only the key part but also the foundation of the educational information turn. In the process of advancing the educational information turn the construction of the management information system should be put in the first place.Educational administration management is one of the key works in daily management, and is a very important and quite complicated job in all sehools'management. With the development of the higher education of our country, the enrollment students are increasing rapidly, which leads to much more management businesses, especially the amount of the educational administration. National Ministry of Education has assessed the universities'teaehing process, which makes every university standardize in teaching and makes the materials collections and management more careful. These changes show that the educational administration by hand can't meet demands of universities'educational administration management at present. In order to meet the need of development of teaching, make the educational administration personnel free out from it, the development of this system is for adapting to these changes.This paper researches and develops the Educational Administration Management System based on Browser/Server (B/S) to meet the need of educational administration management of the Hulun Buir College. And mainly fulfills the function which daily managements need. The following researches are researches:1. Based on the analysis of the advantages and disadvantages of the Management Information System (MIS) in Client/Server(C/S) and Browser/Server (B/S) mode, we developed the Educational Management Information System (IEMIS) on the basic of the B/S.2. The thesis expounds the choice of database platform through introducing some new characteristics of Microsoft SQL Server 2003; it expounds the choice of network operation system through introducing main merits and technology of Windows Server 2003; it explains the superiority of choosing J2EE as university educational administration management through comparing J2EE of SUN with .NET of Microsoft; it explains the choice of systematic development language through comparing and introducing the developing language. In all, in this system, the developing background is the J2EE of the SUN; the developing language is JSP and JAVA; the operational system is Windows Server 2003; web server is J2SDK + Tomcat + Apache; database server is SQL Server 2003.3. Based on the project implementation of the comprehensive administrative system of our college and the developing process, this article emphatically explains the designing aim and principle of the system, the operating process of the Teaching Management and the overall structure design of the system;4. The thesis analyzes the system demand, introduces the system model design and database design and describes the foundation of system database, the database connection and the main function related java code in detail.The author wrote down all the ideas and corresponding codes to the key technology. Some important issues which must be considered in program developing such as "How to make the system work more quickly and accurately?" and "What we have to do in the multi-users environment?" have also been fairly discussed. Finally, the author concluded the system's characteristics, and this system is in use in the Hulun Buir College.1. Every type of users has complete information and functions;2. Eficient, general utilization, companionate to expand;3. Friendly interface, easy to communicate and use;4. Quite good safety and reliability.In the end, the author sum up the research and put forward some problems for the prospective further research effort following this paper.
