Designing a uniform, perfect, secure and easy-controlling teaching management system which applys to the sino-foreign teaching system is important and useful to realize the centralization managment, scatter operation and information sharing.This essay trys to analyze the daily management of Sino-German College of Technology, discussing the feasibility and necessity of the sino-foreign teaching management platform.
