Designs And Develops Of Information Management And Analysis System Based On Employee Health Information

The rapid development of the economy has intensified the competitive pressure on enterprises,and the work pressure of employees has become larger and the pace of life has accelerated.At present,a considerable number of employees in the company are in a sub-health state.The sub-health status not only affects the work efficiency of employees,but also seriously jeopardizes the physical and mental health of each employee in the long run.In order to solve the above problems,this paper designs and develops a health information management and analysis system for employees of enterprises and institutions based on employee health information.The system adopts J2 EE platform,MVC mode,and uses SSH framework to design the architecture to ensure the performance of the system.At the same time,Sql Server2008 is used as the database of the system to effectively manage employee health information,timely analyze its health status,and provide protection for employees' health.The main functions of the system are divided into two major modules,information storage module and information analysis module.The functions of the information storage module mainly include personal information management function,medical report management function,disease management function and living habit management function;the analysis module mainly includes health.The scoring function and the data mining analysis function,the health score is based on the employee's health check-up data,and the employee's health score is obtained by weighted summation.The data analysis function uses the association rule method to provide the administrators of enterprises and institutions with the function of mining the potential rules of employee health data.The system provides users with the functions of data selection,data mining,and mining results review and evaluation,which is convenient for users to use employee data for mining.Use the excavated data to provide effective guidance for the health of employees.Tests show that the system is stable and smooth,and each functional module can coordinate and cooperate to complete the storage,management and analysis of employee health data,and provide health protection for employees,which is more suitable for use in employees of enterprises and institutions.
