This paper presents the researching achievements focuses on the key technologies and devices of wearable monitors based on Wireless Sensor Network .The devices can monitor multi-physiological parameters in the hyperbaric oxygen chamber.In the paper,First,on the basis of introducing the architecture of the WSN's topology,the system's architecture of the monitor is proposed. Next,the hardware of the wearable monitor are proposed after the introduction of WSN'nodes. At the same time ,both the hardware based on the chip MSP430F149 and its working mode were introduced.finally,The WSN's synchronization protocols and other software are elaborated on the IAR platform provided by TI .It was required that The equipment must be a short-range, low complexity, low-power, low-cost and high-stability system.The IEEE802.15.4 was chosen to be the WSN's transmission protocol according to the requirement of the equipment. What's more, the CC2420 which is compatible with IEEE802.15.4 was selected for communication chips.Then, the network structure,the hardware and the software were designed in detail.The key technical difficulties are seriously researched, and some relative optimizing techniques are also put forward.With the clear target, By the researchment of the WSN based on the IEEE 802.15.4 in this dissertation, The monitoring system was designed as a star network,the system's transmission protocol based on the IEEE802.15.4 were programmed and the WSN's synchronization protocol was developed and the singals can be collected with the sensor netwok working under network synchronization.After the wearable physiological signal detection difficulties of the cardiac, blood pressure, body temperature, spo2 were analysised and Overcomed, the five detection circuits and the RF circuit are integrated . the sensor nodes and coordinator node were designed.Finally, the results of the testing experiment and clinical verification show that the performance of equipment carry out implementation requirements .The monitoring and nursing systems can run in long time and The physical sign parameters of patients be monitored simultaneously in the hyperbaric oxygen chamber and outside.
