With the aggravation of aging,the incidence of chronic diseases is increasing in the elderly.Chronic diseases have long incubation period,unconspicuous clinical symptoms,and slow increase hazards.For the prevention and nursing care of chronic diseases,we need to replace health care equipment in traditional medical institutions and community with portable health monitoring devices.This study aims to design a set of wearable body multi physiological parameters monitoring system,which can realize the real-time monitoring of human heart,respiration,pulse,temperature signal and motion state without affecting the daily activities of the users.First of all,we choose to collect the health status of human heart,respiration,pulse and body temperature as an important basis for health and condition determination to monitor chronic diseases.At the same time,the motion state is monitored to serve as the auxiliary judgment measure for the fall and other trauma.The electrocardiogram monitoring of single lead is realized by using the fabric electrode.The impedance of the body's chest is measured by the impedance tracing method to realize the respiratory monitoring.The pulse wave signal is measured by the photoelectric volume method,and the body temperature and the motion state are monitored by the integrated sensor.Then,based on the overall system scheme,in view of the above various physiological signal monitoring method,the hardware circuit design of the whole system has been realized.The nodes of the signal integrate multiple physiological parameters acquisition module in the circuit design,including NRF51822 bluetooth chips and peripheral power supply module,etc.;The reflective photoelectric sensor and corresponding signal conditioning circuit are designed in the pulse collection node.Secondly,this paper focuses on the design of the wearable clothing structure in the monitoring system with the platform of signal node and pulse wave node.In order to ensure the comfort and convenience of the user,the electric conductive fabric is used to design the dry electrode and wire,which is used to collect the signals of heart and electricity,and to realize the node.The signal transmission between nodes is designed,and the corresponding node interface and node shell are designed.The reusability and flexibility of the system are greatly enhanced by separable design.Thirdly,based on NRF51822 Bluetooth chip,this paper designs the initialization and acquisition software process of various physiological parameters collection modules,and designs the corresponding software process on the basis of the unique Bluetooth protocol stack of the chip.Based on the Android platform,the system is set up.The monitoring program of the mobile phone is implemented,and the classification and display of all physiological signals and data storage are realized.Finally,based on the designed software and hardware platforms,the whole system is tested.Including the wireless transmission stability and power consumption of the system,the collection of various physiological parameters and motion signals and the function test of the Android mobile terminal software,which validating the effectiveness of the whole system.
