The light-rail traffic of Chongqing adopts straddling monorail rail transit system. In this system there are thousands of screw anchors which are key subassembly underforce and the health status of which plays a crucial role in the normal running of the traffic system, so it is very important to supervision and detection of the online anchor screws of the light-rail. At present, ultrasonic non-destructive testing is usually used in health detection of anchor screws, and it mainly used in detecting inner defect of anchor screws under long term service. In the use of ultrasonic testing of the screw anchor, it mostly relays on manual operation which requires staff to have a certain NDT skills. Because of light-rail traffic of Chongqing is a typical urban elevated rail system, manual means is accomplished at high position which causes risks and the efficiency is low.The purpose of this paper is to design a screw anchor ultrasonic signal auto-acquisition system which implements the auto-acquisition of ultrasonic signal to be measured and makes a judgment of valid ultrasonic signal received by the ultrasonic sensor. By preserving effective signal and discarding signal which is judged as valid and resampling it can enhance the reliability.
