Research Of Authentication Technology In E-government Portal System And Its Application In Basis Components

E-Government is a key project of information technology. The plan in the E-government constructs clearly states Government must make greater efforts to carry on the plan of portals construction in china. At present, our Government didn't have the unified technical standards and platform, so the portal is still in the building of their own stage, which will undoubtedly increase government's investment and difficulties in website maintenance. Government portal has three main functions: information disclosure, public participation and online work. Government portal web site is also different from ordinary business, there is a higher security requirement. Government portal has many general characters, and service logic is similar. According to the portal features, building a foundation framework to realize common needs, controlling user's secure access, ensuring security in application layer, and achieving the rapid development or generation for portal will help break through the building of the Government portal "information island" to reduce duplication of effort.This paper stated the government portals common function demands abstractly, established the functional model and proposed overall skeleton and the technical frame based on the safe access control of the government portals frame by analyzing the government website performance evaluation index system, analysis of the successful government portal, integrating government portal features and functions of an objective demand. Authentication is the most common demand of e-government portal. Aspect-oriented programming (AOP) is used to achieve a "Non-invasive" authentication component enhanced security access control and security channel in this article. The plug-in installation is supported for the authentication components and other components. So a low coupling is realized.At the same time, by combining e-government portals common demands, the government portal framework mainly for secondary development is achieved. The achievement include content management, online work, online survey, online interview, leader's mail, search integration etc. The paper described the frame demand analysis process, the implementation mentality, the model structure and the function realization in detail. The framework has been successfully applied at Legislative Affairs Office in Chengdu portal.
