The fuzzy phenomenon exists widely in the world, and so the natural language is particularly fuzzy. For example, these two concepts of youngs and aged are not very clear or accurate, they all has no explicit content and extension. But in particular environment, they describe one certain object and can let people know the absolute being with these concepts meeting, seldom causing the misunderstanding and righteousness. The fuzzy theories is the tool with which describe ahd analyse these fuzzy objective in world.The concept and principles of the fuzzy control are advanced to account for controlled object, environment, the control target or the mission of complexity. Because the air-condition system is very huge and responding speed is slow, the retardation phenomenon is serious, and result in difficulties for stabily circulating of the machine. Obtaining its accurate model is very difficult, so the fuzzy controller of the air condition system becomes the research focus. But the present air condition control system almost still adopts the traditional control technique, the adaptability to the work condition and enxironment variety is bad, the control inertia is great, and the economize on energy is bad. Therefore applying fuzzy control technique to the air condition system have the important theories value and actual engineering application value for exaltation of the stability, credibility that the air condition system circulate, economy energy and pushing development of the intelligence control technical.The thesis introduces servey and foundion of the fuzzy control theories, principally studying the application of the fuzzy control theories in controlling temperature and humidity of the air-condition system in the Launch ground, designs the mathematics model, summarizes the expert's knowledge and experiences, builds up the fuzzy control rules database and the logic control table, designs the fuzzy controller for the control of relative humidity and temperature, andd considering the reeoe and it's variety rate, improves the characterstic of the control system. Secondly the thesis selects the variables and the theory field por the input and output, designs their proper subjected function, simulates the designed fuzzy logic control system of the air-condition's temperature and humidity. So by using MATLAB simulation instrument, proves whether the system design is reasonable, and optimizes those system parameters while simulating the system. The application of the fuzzy control technique is ineluctable. The research of this topic makes stability foundation for applying the fuzzy control technique in the aftertime reform work of the launch ground.
