CAN bus technology is inner vehicle network future development trend, The network information system is that the embedded system Combining CAN bus technology realizes measuring and controlling information in the inside vechile, entertainment, the vehicleof outside information to Internet.makes vehicle become the information carrier is that future developing tread of vehicle network information platform. This paper brings forward a synthetical design scheme.At first, This paper sums up the status of vehicle inner network and vehicle information terminal at home and abroad; Having studied deeply CAN bus technology of vehicle inner network communication and SAE J1939 protocol that is specially for vehicle apply. The vehicle information terminal based on Intel PXA255 adopts Microsoft Windows CE.NET OS, The vehicle inner network information system related to techlology is abroad and complicated which is hard to come true completely. The main work of this paper is two aspect be loaded with the information terminal and vehicle inner network communication platform, the main work as follows:(1) Having studied the status of vehicle inner network and vehicle information platform at home and abroad and CAN bus technology , analyzed SAE J1939 protocol that is special for vehicle application.(2) The design scheme of system software/hardware and the design and realization of vehicle information terminal hardware, having narrated the design of system main hardware specially.(3) Research and analyze the frame of Windows CE.NET OS. Transplant and order Windows CE.NET to terminal based PXA255 with PlatForm Builder, the main work of Transplanting Windows CE.NET to terminal is the transplanting of BSP, The BSP transplanting involved mainly: The BootLoader transplanting, the OAL transplanting and drives development.(4) In order to improve system's real time performance, Having brought two ways of improving Windows CE.NET's real time performance: reducing interrupt delay and optimizing Thread schedule strategy.(5) Having realizated communication between the terminal and the CAN/USB module and the design of data region of communication base on J1939 protocol and the design and implementation of system main module, mainly involved: monitoring vehicle internal systems running status, security alarm, vehicle fault diagnosis, entertainment and wireless network and so on. This inner vehicle network information system has good performance by the unity testing with the simulation equipment and the information terminal including coherence, stability and reliability. It has been using on trial and having reached expected result, having had certain practical value.
