Embedded technology with the rapid development of electronic products to the small, intelligent, Multifunctional develop in the direction of the trend. Given this trend, many small electronic products endless, and gradually began to replace traditional living supplies, Approaching our lives. Reading e-books on the emergence of information in books and reading bearing on the way the innovation has been greatly. This paper studies the content of the design read PDF files, electronic dictionary, notebook, interface with E-book e-book reading device. In this paper, based on the commitment to uC/OS-II E-book reading device research and design, the main contents of hardware platforms, including the design and hardware platform based on the software design and development. Is focused on the analysis of system hardware platform structures and processes uC/OS-II transplant process. In the design of the hardware platform, from the system's functional requirements analysis, detailed design of a processor core S3C44B0X, including external Flash. the SDRAM memory module and serial communications functions, human-computer interaction function of embedded system hardware platform. In software design, hierarchical design thinking, design of the system Bootloader guide, Transplant uC/OS-II to the system and the use of uC/GUI development platform structures in the user application development framework. In this paper, in order to achieve ARM processor core based on the uC/OS-II E-book reader hardware design, and the hardware side, the E-book to read for the overall design goals. On the software side achieved certain results, the software design is given every aspect of the program, and the successful transplantation of uC/OS-II.Moreover,due to the use of modular design, user-follow-up to further development.
