The applications of laser in various domain can be divided into two kinds. One is being a carrier of energy with laser, the other is being a carrier of information with laser. The applications of the latter include laser communication and laser testing technology mostly, and the applications of the first one spread over the filed of the production of industry and agriculture, research on science, the building of national defence.To the arms of laser control and guide, the energy distributing of density, size, form are important parameters for evaluating performance of the arms. How to get high quality far field laser facular image and exact analysis, then getting the parameters of laser is a goal which scientists seek for.It is a good testing mean that getting diffuse reflecting laser facular image and analysis laser's quality by using camera. Laser beam weapons emit laser, and the laser is diffuse reflected by target. The infrared camera will receive the reflected signal and create a facular image, then getting the parameters after analyzing the image.This paper gives a academic research on the testing process of 1.06μmå'Œ10.6μm infrared laser, and analyzes the influence of laser to the target's temperature, and the reflected and radiant signal's spatial distributing, and the mathematic model of camera's deferent image. And proving the model by experiments, and the result indicates that the model is right.This paper's contents as follows:(1)The target's radiation ties up with its temperature. The physical process of that laser influence the target's temperature was discussed and giving a calculation with Laplace transfer on the target's temperature after analyzing the penetrable depth and selecting reasonable heat-source model.(2)The signal which were received by camera included reflection and heat radiation signal. Under the precondition that target has good Lambert characteristic, the spatial distributing of target's diffuse reflected signal and radiant signal were discussed in detail.(3)The camera's imaging process was analyzed and gave a mathematic model about the relation between exported image and incident laser power. And gave a arithmetic for wiping off the noise of the image.
