Enterprises in market competitive advantage, and, to some extent, on its humanresources advantage. At present, in the background of the informatization construction,how to use the information technology means, enhances the enterprise the humanresources management ability, be a very important research subject. In this thesis thedevelopment of TianJin port services Co., LTD. Of the present situation of humanresource management, this thesis discusses software technology in the application ofperformance management work, so as to make the enterprise performance managementwork, to better serve the human resources management and leadership of the decision.This thesis work in in-depth research, and on the basis of using asp.net technologyin Visual Studio platform, and combining the SQL Server database, design and developa performance management system. The system includes the project management,project evaluation management, management, attendance management, monthlyexamination, the annual examination of function module. By using UML modeling toolson the development of the performance management system, and carried on the detailedanalysis and design, discusses in detail the functional modules of the system of thedevelopment process. First, through the use case diagram, activity diagrams, timingdiagram performance management system, business needs analysis, then, presentedsystem entity class and e-r chart, on this foundation, discuss the three layer structure insystem development and realize the application, and finally, from the function test andperformance testing two aspects, detailed the system are discussed in the test procedure,and prove the system functions and performance indicators have reached therequirements of users.The advantages of the performance management system: firstly, to can custominspection plan, improve the system application flexibility; Secondly, the use of a threelayers framework, effectively improve the system itself adaptability and flexibility, andto reduce the system development or upgrade the workload of late. At present, thesystem has been in TianJin port services development Co., LTD formally running fromrunning situation, the application of the system, to standardize the performance management process, and the company improve human resources managementefficiency, has an important role.
