With the development and elevation of electric automation and the standardization of mine safe production, more and more electronic protection plug-ins are adopted in the electric control equipments of mine. However ,the program of the current plug–ins testing faculty is complicated and has not high precision,furthermore its function is simple. So studying a current mine electric protection plug-ins testing system can meet to the society requirement and have high economy profits.In the testing system design process of electric protection plug-ins, there are so many discrete and continuous events, this process has a typical character. It is difficult to get the material math model. In the hybrid Petri net ,the discrete event system and the continuous event system are mutual in the same layer. Especially ,as a modeling tool , hybrid Petri net is appropriate for the modeling of system with hybrid character. Therefore, this paper uses the theory of the hybrid Petri net to model the key components and testing process respectively. Moreover, the paper has extended the application of hybrid Petri net theory in the mine intelligent electronic protection plug-ins testing system.The main contribution of the paper is as followings:(1) Aim at the actuality of mine electric protection plug-ins testing equipment, the paper designs the hardware of mine intelligent electric protection plug-ins testing system which is applied to the testing of mine electric plug-ins.(2) Combined the research fruit of hybrid system theory at home and abroad, the hybrid character of testing process is analyzed , and then the paper discusses the special advantage of hybrid Petri net applied in the area of hybrid system modeling.(3) The paper introduces the knowledge of hybrid Petri net in detail ,and constructs the hybrid Petri net model of testing system by combining with the hybrid character analysis of testing process. Then the paper uses the method ,which is the monitor logic that stateflow produces embedded into the Simulink model, to expatiate the HPN of testing module,and gets the effective simulation and analysis of hybrid Petri net model of testing process. The simulation result indicates the hybrid Petri net model which the paper constructs can depict the dynamic changes of the whole testing process with high accuracy. (4) The paper introduces the program method of the mutual thought method between the Petri net model and software design, are designs the software of mine intelligent electric plug-ins testing system.
