Modeling And Optimizaton Of Industrial Hybrid System Based On Hierarchical Petri Nets

According to the phenomenon that discrete variables and continuous variables coexist in industrial producing system, the author adopts the hybrid theory and Petri net technology to discuss the method of hierarchical modeling, simulating and optimizing. Based on the sewage pump automatic control system, this paper establishes hierarchical hybrid model by the method of hybrid Petri nets (HPN) modeling, moreover proposes the EA-HPN hybrid optimizing control method that Evolutionary Algorithms (EA) combines with the HPN. Through using the upper-mentioned method in simulation research, the study gains the anticipate result.First, the distinct hybrid characteristic in industrial process is discussed.
