The work of this paper aims at factual demand of Embedded System experiments and speciality's building for vocational and higher technical college. Analyzing the structure of ARM processor and register and studying hardware platform and S3C44B0X processor chip based on ARM7TDMI kernel relate to this paper. Analyzing the structure of ARM7TDMI kernel and mastering its character of use. Research how to exert the function of the apparatus from the angle of design experinments.The ARM7 kernel is considered when choose Embedded Operating System, and finallyμC/OS-II embedded operating system is selected. Disguss the data structure and run mechanism of theμC/OS-II embedded operating system kernel and transplant of theμC/OS-II embedded system to S3C44B0X processor, and introduce the process of transplant. According to the demand of laboratory, the A/D, D/A, LCD display drive, touchepane and keyboard experinments are arranged. The integrative experinments arranged include horse race lamp, number tube, buzzer, A/D, D/A and LCD experinments.In chapter 1, the basic knowledge of embed system and embed processor is introduced, including the popular process and operating system, and how to choose embed system.In chapter 2, the hardware of the platform used in this paper is described, including the processor, memorizer, serial communication interface and Ethernet interface, and the debugging method of system software is given. The hardware core of the platform is Embed processor S3C44B0X of SAMSUNG Company.In chapter 3, the building of environment for development and debugging is introduced, which consists of the building of cross-compile environment and the installment of correlative libs and tools. The related program is also written.In chapter 4, the migrating ofμC/OS-II system is introduced, including the migrating of Boot loader, startup part and EMS memory, and the basic making method of core is presented.Chapter 5 concluses the main research conclusion and prospects further research work.
