With the rapid development of modern science and technology and network technology, variety of information of Internet systems find favor in one's eyes by day and play an important role. With the characteristics of self-description, extensibility and openness, XML has become the factual standard of the date representation and exchange in the Web. If the two sides of exchange aside by the same schema criterion it will be easier to share resource and complete the integrate information between them. In fact, the widely application of XML face the problem of disunity of the schema. The problem of Schema mapping is gaining widespread attention from the research community. Schema mapping is a challenging problem. It has come to the fore in recent years.Firstly, a model of visualization and mapping using for integration of information system based on XML is proposed in this paper. The model combines a novel visual interface with an algorithm-based recommendation engine. The mapping-based approach attempts to construct mappings between semantically related information sources. It is usually accomplished by constructing a global schema and by establishing mapping between local and global schemas. Matches to selections are recommended to the user, which makes the mapping operations easier and faster. Once the user has completed the mapping operation a wrapper(XSLT Style Sheet)is created automatically with the mappings which can applied to transform source XML files into target XML files. So, this model is effective for integration of information system based on XML.In addition, the model of visualization and mapping is able to edit the global schema for schema integration. The process of editing the global schema involves operations like adding a node as a child, renaming a node, and deleting a node. The edited global schema also can be written to disk.Secondly, this paper designs a tool of visualization and mapping according to this model of visualization and mapping. The tool helps the integration of the talented people information. Lastly, usability tests prove that the tool may be usefully employed for schema mapping in comparison with software MapForce.
