With the development and popularization of distributed sensor network, computer technology, networking technology and the Internet, the technology is becoming more and more mature, this trend makes a lot of multi loads platforms(such as autonomous robot satellites, unmanned aerial vehicles, ships, underwater and automatic patrol car etc.) constitute a distributed system multi dimension crossover, real-time autonomous patrol, monitoring of different space and time scales of target area from ecology, public security, military, environment etc. presenting the high speed, wide band, isomerization, ubiquitous characteristics and intelligent. More independent and distributed information "isolated island" is together to form a layer of "electronic skin" for the earth, However, multiple loads sensing network existing high task complexity, equipment variety, characteristics of complex case state, hindering the user from the task assignment and the device allocation, which is difficult to achieve efficient resource allocation scheme.This paper aims at providing mission and device mapping problem of distributed sensor network(DSN) with a mapping schema from the semantic perspective, which is very helpful to machine-interpreting and autonomous situation awareness. The mapping schema includes a shared specification for the mission requirements and device capabilities, as well as the relationships between these elements. Four collections are defined for the elements taxonomy strategy: interest, target, capability and status, represented as a quad(I, T, C, S). Based on the four elements, we reuse the existing domain ontology SSN, Onto Sensor, AWS to extended the matching mechanism; the matching mechanism also contains the correlation between these elements, according to the demand of the corresponding rules, then the inference engine can assess the device to form alternative solutions.We research the existing semantic query oriented architecture and design a framework that based on three layer architecture with ontology knowledge base as its database, so that the framework can perform semantic query, and no additional complexity. In order to evaluate the proposed specification sets, we take forest fire prevention and measure as the background and the target domain. We reuse SSN, Onto Sensor, AWS etc. oriented domain ontology, as the upper concept, type and extend the specification. The formation of ontology knowledge base and its configuration is done with the protégé; we also utilize Jena API, Jena Rules, My Eclipse to develop the prototype, and evaluate the knowledge base and prototype from the aspects of attribute, functional efficiency etc.
