Auto-disturbance-rejection Control Of Excitation System

Auto-disturbance-rejection control (ADRC) technique is the latest achievement of nonlinear PID control technique. The two-order ADRC not only can be used for controlling linear or nonlinear one-order or high-order systems, but its parameter setting is rather easy. This paper makes a approach to it and its application on excitation system .The simulation results show that the excitation control system based on ADRC owns a simpler structure and excellent adaptability and robustness under modeling uncertainty and disturbances than that based on classic PID control and exhibits the advantages of nonlinear controller.
