The Application Research Of Information Integration Technology In The Colleges' Information Integration

Nowadays, There exist problems of deficiency in integration of colleges information system construction. In most situations, every information system in colleges just pay attention to a single step of operation or a management function, as a result, it causes low level of integration and insufficient communication between different departments. As different information systems operate alone, depending on different data bases( such as MSSQLServer,Oracle,Access,FoxPro), there comes the extensive phenomenon of "detached island of information" in different departments of colleges. In order to solve this problem, we do a lot of research in the information data integration systems in colleges, with the purpose of satisfying the needs of exchanges and cooperation between different departments within college, and also between colleges and the society.In this thesis, we base on present situation of the colleges information construction, and focus on the integration of different information resources of colleges. We have used a data integration middleware which isolates from platforms to make a case study of Jinan University HR quantizing assessment information integration. First, we analyze the technology of this middleware in completing data integration among different data bases. Then, we discuss the basic theory, principle and the key technology of the Data Integration System Based on Monitor Agent. In the end, we design and develop the HR quantizing assessment information subsystem.
