The operation planning takes the core function on the production management in enterprise, displays more and more important role in the modern enterprise. Especially in today's environment -- market change quickly, the customers' demand diversified, which requests enterprises have the fast change elasticity to satisfy market demand request. The effective operation plan is the prerequisite of enterprise, especially manufacturing firm to organize production effectively to meet the customer need to the maximization.The author had many years' operation planning experience in the Top Victory Co. Unified with the knowledge of operation management, strategic management and human resources management obtained during MBA studies, the author elaborated operation planning system constitution and the execution under the traditional MRP logic from both the theoretical and practical aspect. The article described the problems encountered in the operation planning system by that kind of enterprise like Top Victory, which majored in the OEM manufacturing, and analyzed how to overcome them, which mapped out the development path of the operation planning system in Top Victory. The author then proposed improvement of the operation plan system in the future.This article divided into five parts.In the first part, the author made a brief description of the background, the study goal and mentality to this article;The second part is the basic theory of this article, which described the operation planning system's development, elaborated how the complete operation planning is constituted under the MRP logic;In the third part, the author introduced briefly Top Victory Co., and elaborated how the operation planning system was developed, how it operated and what's the problem under each phases and how they were conquered.In the fourth part, the author introduced the challenge under the supply chain background, the ongoing improvement Top Victory is making, as well as the proposal and tentative plan the author developed for its future.The last part was brief review of the article. |
