Design And Implementation Of Collaborative Enterprise OA System In Keshan County State Taxation Bureau Based On J2EE

Nowadays, with the continuous development of networking and informational technology, Internet technology has already brought changes into people's life,especially the revolutionary change in government agencies. Speaking of the informational process of political affairs in China, the operation changes from the use of paper to computerized mode; from independent individual to Internet united;from processing in each single system to the network-linked platform. Now the networking office mode has become considerably promising, especially in aspect of office automation. Great progress has been made not only in technology, but also in the constantly expanding application range. But how to adapt to the economic society and needs of the taxpayers, how to enhance administrative efficiency, is the basis of the services which tax authorities provide to the taxpayer.And now,with the obsolete automation systems and the low coordination among departments,it's been hard for Keshan IRS office to meet demands with such work deficiency,and it's already started affecting work quality.This paper has made a detailed analysis on work requirements of the IRS, and has accomplished the design and implementation of Keshan IRS collaborative office system, which includes 8 subsystems: system management, affairs collaboration,personal office, document management, information dissemination, business information, e-mail, and management assistance. Personal office and document management is the core of the system. Personal office subsystem is consists of office notes, schedules, SMS, proxy settings and other modules, and its design mainly focuses on different work needs of individuals. Document management includes file-collecting and issuance management, mainly about work files transceiver management. Besides, with the combination of the reminding control and other modules, important notification and information can be delivered to relevant personnel immediately, which makes internal coordination office able to meet the automation needs of internal office.The paper decides to use the popular B / S structure on the system design and development of technology, using windows as a development platform, java language as the main development language, and VB as the development languageof assistant controls. The implementation of the entire system uses software engineering thinking. The system has made the achievements of personal office,information dissemination, document processing, and reminding control.The office automation system based on Internet is able to achieve a departmental applications system connections for business communication, internal paperless operation,which makes major changes in the office operation. Henceforth, the system is able to meet the needs of the office internal operation with information technology, to solve practical problems and to improve work efficiency, strengthen internal and external coordination.
