Research On Weighing System Used In Continues Stabilized Soil Mixing Plant

Proportion system used in continuous stabilized soil mixing plant is studied in this paper. Based on analyze technique status and foreign data of continuous stabilized soil mixing plant, the writer suggests to using weight-drop scale in the weighing of particulate solid to improve weighing precision and stabilized soil quantity of continuous stabilized soil mixing plant;Discuss and design the control arithmetic of proportional system used in the continuous stabilized soil mixing plant, suggest the integral separation and set point correct PID arithmetic; Design the measure, control and statistic all in one proportion control system with the FX2N PLC made in Mitsubishi electric-automation as slave station and the PC as master station; Design the communication protocol between the PC and PLC with the MSComm control and Visual Basic 6.0 software.
