The technology of anti-braking-system(ABS) is one of the important ways of developing and researching the automotive electronics. It can effectively simulate the vehicle's states on all kinds of roads so as to examine the performances of the ABS-products. So simulation system can displace some real experiments and it can cut down the developing circle and lower its cost. This dissertation's main task is two: one is the ABS offline simulation and the other is the ABS virtual simulation.The target of the research is the vehicle model with 7 degrees of freedom which includes the lateral and longitudinal movements, the body's swing surrounded the vertical axle and the four wheels'rotating. First, the lateral angle and the varying loads during brake are analyzed, secondly, a suitable tyre model is selected, and then the formulation which describes the vehicle's move is built.This research selects the classic logic threshold as the control strategy, which includes the tyre's adding and subtracting angle acceleration when barking. Then the character of the high and low and butt road attachment coefficient are analyzed. The thesis does the research on the logic threshold and the slip rate to get the algorithm to make programs.By the platform of the visual c++, the thesis finishes the offline simulation to examine the model and algorithm. The simulated surfaces include the high and low and butt roads. After that, results of the simulation gives the variation of body's velocity, the tyre's velocity and acceleration, the slip rate, the distance of barking which all are the important factors to evaluate the braking performance of the vehicle.With the visual software multigen-Creator and Vega, the final department studies the visual simulation when the vehicle brakes. First, the virtual vehicle model and the braking environment are built, second, the core problems and the mechanism are analyzed, thirdly, the thesis makes the programs based on the MFC and gets the pictures of the virtual simulation.
