Broadband telecommunication has become an inevitable trend with the increasingly development of social informationization. In response to the demand, both WiMAX (World Interoperability for Microwave Access) and LTE(Long Term Evolution) have come into existence and caught much attention due to their exclusive advantages respectively. They employ similar air-interface technologies, baseband link, etc. and this serves as the foundation for platform implementation.Research on the physical layer WiMAXand LTE is carried out in the thesis; after analysis and comparison has been made about the baseband processing of WiMAXand LTE, the baseband platform processing links of WiMAXand LTE is concluded to realize platform baseband dispatching of WiMAXand LTE.This thesis has realized the DSP thread planning and design of platform dispatching, based on this, proposed three DSP implementation schemes for platform dispatching, analyzed and concluded advantages and disadvantages of these three schemes. Next it provides detailed design about the implementation of DSP serial-parallel connection scheme from two aspects, namely thread priority and time sequence. At last the thesis validates the data with regard to the platform dispatching implementation scheme with serial-parallel connection, and the scheme proves correct and steady by successful Ping (Packet Internet Grope) and steady traffic.
