| As the important equipment of ship model pool test, its running reliability, regulating accuracy and operational convenience are a high degree concern by people.On the basis of analyzing the work environment, functions should be achieved, setting performance target for trailer, this paper designs the structure of computer control system for trailer according to distributed computer control system, designs the frame of supervising software for trailer according to modularization programming, designs the configuration of default diagnosis fuzzy expert system for trailer, according to expert system and fuzzy theory, and introduces the principle of each part.As the key equipment, towing tank trailer has complex structures, and various equipments. Because of humidity, oil serious, existence of high-voltage current disturbances, trailers prone to failure. On the basis of expatiation for its working environment, this paper analyzes the common fault and its mechanism of trailer, applies the theoretical knowledge of expert system, discuses the construction method of Fault Diagnosis Expert System for trailer. With the fuzzy expression for knowledge and fuzzy inference, establishment of formula for mating and broadcast method for credibility, the inference procedures and diagnostic conclusions consistent with the actual situation. Finally, as an instance, overloaded fault of DC motor is fuzzy inferred, which result shows that, the fuzzy inference designed by this paper can diagnose the fault of trailer correctly.As the core of trailer, the computer control system of trailer is constructed in accordance with the structure of Total Distributed Control Systems. In Visual Basic6.0 environment, millisecond timer, ActiveX based on USS protocol, database management modal are developed independently, preparing for realization of application program. Then, according to the requirements of software for computer control system for trailer, friendly operation interface is designed, realized functions such as start, stop, forward, backward, velocity setting for trailer by operator, realized parameter setting, control style change, on time display for process data and so on, and supervising software for the computer control system for trailer is developed. Finally, the practical photo and result of functional test are provided. |
