Centrifuge is a kind of test equipment with high accuracy used in inertial guidance. In centrifuge Labs, the centrifuge is used to provide centripital acceleration for the input of measuring acceleration and other performances.As the key position of the entire system, the Center Computer is used for information collection, person alternation, error forecasts and alert, error analysis and solution with expert system.First, this dissertation provides a software design to the high accurancy centrifuge, it offers an integrity software solution to the entire system on the Center Computer.Second, this dissertation contributes to the analysis and design of the expert system based on fuzzy logic reasoning knowledge database. In this expert system, fuzzy relation is used to substitute the original knowledge database. According the updating of the knowledge, using an arithmetic to update the fuzzy relation.Compare with the expert system based on the original knowledge database. The expert system based on fuzzy logic is advanced in dealing with uncertain information, it can help the user to find every possible fault easier and faster, and it can classify the fault in order to let the user ensure the fault easily, and it will provide all-sided solutions.Based on the research of using fuzzy logic to assist fault diagnosis, this dissertation offers real-time fault diagnosis in the software of Center Computer. And based on the research of centrifuge failure mechanism, design a solution for picking out the failure sympton with the information collected from the subsystem computers.
