In this paper,we put forward a new type of Temperature Compensated Quartz Crystal Oscillator based on force frequency through introducing some kinds of conventional crystal oscillator's development ,the advantage and disadvantage of it and the development in china. We always eliminated the force frequency by all means in conventional, by contrary, we use the connection between force frequency and temperature this time, so we can compensate the temperature frequency by force frequency, namely TCXO on base of force compensate. In this paper, we specificly introduce the theory of TCXO which based on the force frequency and the future of this oscillator. Though a lot of experiment, we find our theory have great effect, we can get high frequency stability. To normal crystal resonator, we can make it eliminate 10 ppm, to small tolerance crystal resonator, we can even make it decrease to±4ppm between–40~75 centigrate, it has very small difference with resonator which compensate with circuit has±2 ppm, and we find it has no effect on aging. The resonator which is on base of force frequency can be select with AT cut or SC cut resonator, whose temperature frequency has a lot of improvement.The temperature frequency of the resonator which compensate with force frequency has change better, we can make temperature compensate on this base, it can not only make the circuit simply, but also can its stability be improved. In these virtues, we can use it to substantial MCXO, we can make the circuit simple, and it will has not error.
