The Management System For Soldiers Of Field Army Based On The Models Of B/S

With the continuous improvement of our modern degree, modern management mode, office equipment will be gradually into the army units, such as network system , computer, etc. By the use of these equipments, we can deal with the statistical analysis of the information more efficiently. In the army, there are many demobilized soldiers and new army recruits at the same time every year. Because of the short service, information updated so fast that some changes are fleeting. If you don't grasp this opportunity ,some useful information will be cold. The original management mode is low speed and low efficient, some systems are developed so early that many troops establishment systems have great changes. In order to meet the requirements of the army soldiers management, I developed"the management system for soldiers of field army based on the models of B/S".Soldiers management is a fundamental, regular important work.The quality of management will affects directly the construction of troops and the improvement of fighting power.If we are good at collecting and analyzing the information of soldiers in order to processing into information, not only helps to find and manage the information,but also enhance the understanding from perceptual stage to rational stage through the analysis of statistical information. So can help us to make decisions and give directions to the management of soldiers.This system based on reality, focusing on the future management of troops, combined with the level of the computer technology development, puts forward the concept of"informationization for soldiers management". The management system for soldiers is a kind of management information system, with the features of management information system. This system bases on the current development of B/S mode, uses ASP network programming languages and the database technology, gives the overall design of the system, especially on the concept of database structure and the logical structure design in detail. This system realizes the user management function, retrieval function, soldiers management function, the team management function, profession management function, ex-serviceman management function, statistical analysis function and print function.This system has the following characteristics:Firstly ,the system realizes the function of sharing data resources.This is the starting point of the system design. It is based on the lan and the use of modern network technology, realizing the sharing data resources to solve the question that the scattered teams look for information difficultly and slowly.Secondly, the system realizes the unity of working platform, and decompose the soldiers management tasks. Whether organ, or the teams, are all deal with the soldiers data at the same platform, therefore, the system standardize the management. Furthermore the soldiers management tasks are decomposed, so the burden of work.is reduced,Thirdly, the system is easy to maintenance and easy to manage. Because it is based on B/S mode and all the data is in the server, therefore if we maintain well the server, we will maintain well the entire system.In addition, we can maintain the server in different remote locations in order to improve the efficiency of the maintenance and reduce the maintenance cost.Fourthly, the system is simple to operate and convenient to learn. Because only need to install a browser on the client without other software installation and no special requirements to the client machine,so it is easy for users to study and no other demands, The first chapter is an introduction,which mainly introduces the basic knowledge of management information system and introduces the method and the model of development.This paper adopts life cycle and prototype way. In the stage of system analysis and design, this paper adopts the cycle way. Each stage and modules are strictly to ensure no mistakes. After the initial prototype in developed, I adopted prototypes way. Being checked and modified again and again, the system performance is greatly increased and satisfied the need of reality to the full extent.The second chapter mainly introduces the system requirements, puts forward the problems existing in the current system, and puts forward specific requirements of the new system, and briefly states the basic function.The third chapter mainly introduces the system design, system development tools, and puts forward the overall design goal, system design principles, the system basic modules, the concept of database structure and the logical structure design, at last, the chapter introduces the database connection method. The system is divided into super users and ordinary users, including these modules which are user management, retrieval management, soldier management, profession management, team management, ex-serviceman management, statistical analysis, report forms and print ,and cancellation of users.The fourth chapter mainly introduces the process of realizing the system and the method of realizing the function modules, which is the key part.Finally, the fifth chapter introduces the achievements ,personal experience, and the future development of the army soldiers management.Judging from the operation of the system, the system has friendly interface ,stable running, powerful functions, and easy using, which fully meets the daily management of field army.
