With the highly development of information technology, economy integration and market globalization are striding forward. All the enterprises around supply, production, distribution and after service become an interest community. They are independent in management, but have lots of collaboration in business affairs, thus forming a supply chain group with the leading enterprise as a core. Modern competition and management on supply chain make manufacturing face some new situation and challenges. Especially, as for the kind of large-scale coordinated industry like assembly, the supply and demand relation between core enterprise and part enterprises is more intimate. They share information, research and develop products together, coordinate with each other. Only all the members on chain keep good, accordant and coordinate relationship with others, can the supply chain function best, so as to make win-win for all the enterprises and departments. However, these independent economy individuals are hard to avoid conflicts of interest or bad behaviors to affect supply chain's integral performance. Hence, how to set up a fine task planning system becomes the research emphasis of assembly enterprises'supply chain management.Through analyzing the setting up process of assembly enterprises'supply-demand system, the information level of enterprises, the supply-demand task's characteristics and its managing methods, the dissertation finds: whether the core enterprise do task planning well or not has big relation with the interests of all the enterprises on chain; managers want to strengthen communication and cooperation between enterprises and departments, plan and optimize tasks by easily applied assistant system with advanced information technology. After several modeling and analyzing methods'comparison and according to the requirements of assembly enterprises, the dissertation decides to do some more study on network planning technology. Through the analysis and summing-up of network planning modes, network graph representation and network planning optimization, the dissertation presents the combination of assembly enterprises'task planning and network planning technology. On base of this, the dissertation gives a task model for assembly enterprises which supports incomplete interval durations, and studies how to find the critical paths and how to optimize tasks. The system uses B/S architecture. The dissertation divides it into six modules according to its function. The modules are standard import interfaces, visualization module of task, initiation module of task, interactive bidirectional asymptotic optimization module, report maker and task managing module. Then the dissertation analyzes every module's design and implementation as well as the system database design. At last, the dissertation imports the task data of motor enterprises into the system to validate its application effect.
