College teaching management is the foundation of modernization of college information management. The traditional teaching management depends on manual operation, which is time-consuming and laborious. It's critical to develop an intelligent teaching management system based on distributed and network computing. Combined with the present situation of our school's teaching management, the thesis gives a new design model of college management system based on campus network, and proposes a new design with J2EE technology.The traditional teaching system was developed by using ASP or other server scripts, which make reuse and transplantablity poor because business logical layer and presentation layer are mixed together. To overcome above disadvantages, the author introduces J2EE, which is widely used in present industry, designs and develops a new teaching management system by adopting MVC model and Struts web framework. The developed teaching management system contains such main functions as student information management, teacher management, select-course management, and score management. This thesis completes the static and dynamic modeling of the system by using UML as model language and following the software engineering.In this thesis, discusses the design for Comprehensive educational administration management information system, As the digitized campus system construction important constituent, enhances the teaching management the mass sum benefit key- educational administration management system computer, the network, also is realizes the school management modernization and the information important content. The system is design on MVC framework, and fully used J2EE essential technical-EJB and DTO.After uses these technologies, this system has the multilayered overhead construction (the Web level, service level and data level) the coupling degree is low, is strong may the elasticity and is strong may the extended merit. At the same time, this system after the simple disposition, then may transplant to other systems in (for example Unix, Windows), but also has the platform irrelevant merit. Because this system has conforms to the party school educational administration special service overhead construction characteristic. depends upon may the extension and platform irrelevant may guarantee this set of system conveniently the party school displays the value in brothers, in the overall enhances the entire party school system special educational administration service the efficiency and the level.
