The Business Intelligence System Based On J2EE And OLAP Technology

The communication companys in China had to face to the competitions.The marketing managers and leaders have a big challenge in their daily work.In this paper,we draw a BI system,base on J2ee Structure and OLAP tech.The BI system has Struts\Spring\xml and so on,use Hyperion Brio to OLAP work,then system users can operate report data and view graph by a few types. KPI(Key Performance Indication)is a part of this BI system.For deep application is OLAP,user can Up Drills and Down Drills in database .The BI system has three sub-system for user's requirement,the first one is KPI management,the second is Subject Analysis,the last one is data portal's reports system.The three subsystem are base on J2EE,KPI management use JAVA BEAN+JSP, Subject Analysis use Hyperion Brio,when users access the web page,they need to download a brio cliend and install in IE, Data portal reports system user Struts+Spring+XML,and every report can configure in database,if you add a new report or change a old report,you need to add new report information or change the old report's configure information in database. So,every report use the same program.
