Design And Implementation Of Personnel Query And Organization Management System

With the rapid development of information technology, education becomes the core of a nation's competition in the economical society with the base of the knowledge. Education informationization has become the important target of weighing a nation's basic education and even its competition. Office of the Registrar, HUST (Huazhong University of Science & Technology) has been developing HUB System (the Common Data Flat and the Door Website of Unique Information System for HUST) in the environment of informationization construction.Personnel Query System, depending on the information database of HUST and HUB System, provides public users a flat to inquire about teachers, advisors, students, staff, organizations and fixed phones. After this, Organization Management System of HUB System is developed to maintain the information of Organizations and fixed phones, which ensures Personnel System's information real-time and accurate. First, development environment is to be decided on the deep analysis of the MVC module, 2 JSP modules, Struts, Ajax and SQL server. Then, according to the software engineering methods, the two systems'need analysis is done. After that overall design of the system and analysis of function modules are done. Next, solving planning for the query optimization problem in Personnel System is brought up: improvement of traditional paging algorithm, query statement's optimization and full-text index's using. At last, two systems are realized in the environment of MyEclipse.Query Optimization in Personnel Query System lightens the database server's burden, increases query efficiency and reduces users'query time to a large extent. The Organization Menus'using makes it convenient for users to use the system guaranteeing its perfect effect. The Ajax technology's applying in two systems helps reducing redundantly request in the maximum, advancing systems'response speed and improving users'experience.
