Web-based Learning Evaluation Analysis Based On Data Mining

Through the data analysis, we can find useful information from large amounts of web log datum. But there are still many shortages in the present researches in this area. This paper focuses on making use of various data mining technologies to analyze the web log datum so as to find the hiding teaching rules and problems to serve the teaching management, support the decision-making, and improve the development of teaching.This paper makes series of analysis and researches about the application of data mining in the web log datum. The main work of this paper is listed as follows: Firstly, we use classification technology which is based on decision tree to analyze the students'score datum, and get a decision tree of students'scores,so we can find the factors which affect the student's scores; Secondly, we use association rules to analyze the intrinsic link between the courses so as to provide a strong basis for a reasonable course-setting.Based on the above study, the paper designed a model of students'scores analysis system, and verified the feasibility through many relevant experiments. The result we found has theoretical and practical significance in some extent.
