As the development of science, many scenes of the industry or agriculture have much stricter requirement for the environment temperature than before, so the efficient and real-time temperature measure becomes even more important. Especially with the widespread of the large greenhouse, the remote and multiple-point temperature measure becomes necessary.IN this paper, the author designs a system based on Digital signal processors (DSP) and CAN bus to measure the greenhouse temperatures of many dots remotely. This system which uses TMS320LF2407 chip for core and communicate by CAN bus realizes the multiple-point temperature measure for each greenhouse remotely.This paper firstly gives the introduction of the temperature measuring instruments, and demonstrates the necessity and feasibility of the temperature measuring instruments based on the DSP chip. Then on the basis of the introduction of the development and the features of the DSP chip, this paper discusses how to select the DSP type in my developed system. Because of the good configuration and characters, the TMS320LF2407 is selected as the chip of our developed temperature measuring instruments. According to the function this system needs to achieve, I set down the plan to design this system. Then I design the hard wares and the software accordingly.This system is devised into different modules. The principal modules include the signal collecting of sensor, DSP data processing module, the CAN communication module and the computer controlling module. The main characters of this system are: 1) using DSP chip as a main controller. It takes advantage of its high ability of data processing and rich inside hardware resources. When designing this system, I made use of the inside ADC,CAN controller,memories and so on. 2) It makes use of the advantages of CAN bus, such as high communication speed, good reliability, good real-timing. 3) I adopt the module design method for hardware and software, which makes the system easy to modify and transplant.As time and the writing level limited, and some other reasons in addition, there are still some disadvantages in this task. For example, this system hasn't completed the CAN communication program and top computer control. So it needs more effort in study and working in the future.
